The Video Clip Widget is a way to add video clips to your Composition. Although the Video Clip Widget supports mp4, we highly recommend you use WebM video files.
Additionally, due to the nature of how browsers handle video clip playback, you cannot synchronize video clip playback with a Singular animation. For more information on using video clips in Singular, click here.

The Video Clip Widget does not currently support audio effectively in the output. If you need audio paired with your video, we recommend letting your encoder handle your video.
As seen above, select the "Video Clip" tab in the Property Panel to update this widget's following property types:
Video File - Link to web hosted video file. We highly recommend using WebM files. This video link can be grabbed from almost anywhere online. Note that video files cannot be uploaded to your Singular Dashboard. If you need to host your own files, you can set up your own web server or use Amazon S3 cloud storage.
