Many templates offer a Background Image overlay where you can pop in a colored image to achieve this effect. However, now there's an easier way to achieve any colored background on any Singular Output.
Simply define the desired background color at the end of your Output URL by typing the following:
&bgcolor=rgb(0,255,0) or &bgcolor=green
Sample URL with RGB color defined:

Sample URL with html color name defined:
