In order to change account user permissions such as add Administrative abilities, the account owner must manually change the "Permissions" of account members.

1 - Go to Settings

To start, navigate to the Singular Dashboard. From here, select the User Menu within the Platform Toolbar and click on "Settings".

2 - User Administration

In the left menu under the "Account" section, select "User Administration". Then select the user you wish to update.

3 - User Permissions

As seen in the image below, the Permissions box allows you to turn on or off certain user permissions such as "User Administration", "Dashboard" and "Developer Tools".

Note

If you are not logged in as the admin user, you will not be able to update the permissions of other users within your account. The diamond icon, as seen below, indicates the admin user.
