I upgraded my account and the watermark won't disappear. What's wrong?

Most likely all that you need to do is refresh your Output URL. This means any and all instances of your Output URL that was opened before the account upgrade took place. We recommend refreshing the following webpages:

  • Output URL browser layer in your encoder (OBS, vMix, etc.)
  • Control App
  • Any other opened Output URLs
