In Singular, you are able to extract Compositions from Control Apps. This is particularly useful if you want to make core adjustments to Marketplace themes inside of Composer.
To use the Extract Composition feature, navigate to the Dashboard. Then right click on a Control Application and select "Extract Composition".
I did this with the Boardroom template and it worked a treat - the only issue is that the 'Refresh composition' arrow is missing from the app! 
Is that a bug or do I need to do something else for changes to appear in the app?

With the current version of Studio, you unfortunately need to create a new Studio instance after extracting a Composition. This is something we are addressing with Studio 2.
